Questions that are okay to answer?
Anything related to a public safety statement.
You will be assigned a supervisor to standby with you until your defense attorney arrives. You will speak to your attorney in private.

Let your spouse or significant other know you are safe. Use your PERSONAL PHONE! Your PLEA Rep will assist you if needed.
Can my representative or lawyer be with me in the interview?
Your Attorney will be present for the criminal investigation (Walkthrough or interview)
Your PLEA representative will be present for the PSB interview.
Do I have to answer questions during the criminal investigation?
No, but seek legal advice from your attorney.
When will the administrative interview take place?
PSB will interview you after the criminal investigation that day or they will schedule for another date.
Do I have to answer questions during the Internal Investigation (PSB)?
Yes, you are compelled to answer questions as a condition of your employment.
You must also answer all questions truthfully.
